The pools were amazing! We loved the relaxing atmosphere and the multiple options for swimming. However, the coffee on-site was pretty terrible. Overall, a great stay that I’d love to repeat! 🌊

Check-in was a bit chaotic, like a toddler's birthday party gone rogue. And don’t get me started on the pool closing early. my kids wanted to swim 'til sunset!

I stayed here for four nights and found the location ideal for exploring the area. The room offered a comfortable space with plenty of amenities, making it easy to relax after a day of outdoor activities. One of my favorite experiences was enjoying the pool facilities, which offered a variety of options for both adults and kids. It allowed us to unwind together, a nice touch for a family trip.
Waking up to loud sounds took away from the otherwise nice atmosphere.

Family Fun in a Desert Oasis!
We enjoyed our 4-night stay in a King Room. The kids loved the water slide and the unique experience with Eagle Joe and his owl at breakfast. Tip, dine outside at Alto for a complimentary gondola ride! The misting system makes summer dining pleasant.

With 10 pools and a sandy beach, it was the perfect spot for family fun. The staff made our stay enjoyable, and the hotel was beautifully landscaped.
My children wished the hot tub was actually hot. It would be fantastic to have a warmer pool for little ones. That would definitely elevate the experience for families.

The gluten-free snack options were fire, and the nearby restaurants like Alto Ristorante e Bar were a tasty find! We also loved the pool area, perfect for soaking up that Scottsdale sun and the lovely landscaping around the hotel.
My mom and I are big coffee drinkers, and yikes— the coffee on-site was a bit of a disaster! We had to roll out to find some decent Joe, so bringing in a mobile coffee spot like Ezpresso would be a game changer.

Construction noise and renovation activity made for a less-than-ideal stay. Waking up to loud leaf blowers and jackhammers wasn't the best way to start the day. Access to rooms was complicated with portions of the hotel blocked off, and slow, hot elevators added to the inconvenience. The inclusion of breakfast in a conference room felt below the standard expected at a resort, and limited in-room dining options left something to be desired. Additionally, some amenities, like pool services, only kicked off later in the day, cutting into the time guests have to enjoy the facilities.
